Who we are

Builders first

Plexy Construction is a Toronto builder focused on residential construction: new multiplexes, conversions, rear-yard suites and renovations.

We work for homeowners, property owners and small developers. Some clients come to us with permit drawings ready to build; others need us to coordinate design and permits first. Either way, we manage the trades, the schedule, the budget and the inspections until the job is signed off.

We build it the way it is drawn, get it inspected and signed off, and tell you early when anything changes.

How we build

From permit to occupancy

Every project follows the same five stages, with one site supervisor accountable from start to finish.

    Site visit and quote

    We review your drawings and the site, then send an itemized quote by trade.

  2. 02

    Pre-construction

    Permits, schedule, trade bookings and material orders lined up before we break ground.

  3. 03

    Construction

    Our site supervisor runs the trades day to day, with weekly progress updates and photos.

  4. 04

    Inspections

    We schedule and attend City inspections at every stage, through to final sign-off.

  5. 05

    Handover

    A walk-through together, deficiencies closed out, and the documents you need to move in.
